lzh 373f379b01 refactor(iot): 移除Redis DAO，使用统一服务接口

- 删除 DeviceCurrentOrderRedisDAO
- 各 RuleProcessor 直接调用 BadgeDeviceStatusService
- 简化调用链，移除中间层
