- ButtonEventRuleProcessor: 改为从设备 config 读取按键配置
- TrafficThresholdRuleProcessor: 使用 getConfigWrapperByDeviceId 方法
- BeaconDetectionRuleProcessor: 使用 getConfigByAreaIdAndRelationType 方法
- SignalLossRuleProcessor: 使用 getConfigByAreaIdAndRelationType 方法
- CleanRuleProcessorManager: 更新处理流程
- 添加性能优化 TODO 注释
