lzh ce2e6cc32a fix(iot): 清理 iot-rule spring.factories 旧 EnableAutoConfiguration 条目 ...

Boot 3.x 已弃用，实际加载改由 AutoConfiguration.imports 负责，
spring.factories 中的有效条目移除，仅保留注释说明。
