在 AuthPermissionInfoRespVO、OAuth2UserInfoRespVO、UserProfileRespVO、
UserRespVO 的 avatar 字段添加 @OssPresignUrl 注解，移除
AuthController、OAuth2UserController、UserController、
UserProfileController 中手动调用 fileApi.presignGetUrl 的代码，
Controller 回归薄层职责。
