lzh f792ee1678 refactor(system): 社交绑定列表逻辑下沉至 Service 层 ...

将 SocialUserBindMapper 从 Controller 移除，数据组装逻辑移至
SocialUserService.getSocialUserBindList()，返回绑定时间字段；
修复 avatar 误用 getNickname() 的 bug
