feat(@vben/web-antd): 工单中心 API 类型增强及新增区域安保路由

- OrderItem 新增 responseSeconds、completionSeconds、inspectorName、qualityScore 等字段
- CleaningExtInfo.isAuto 类型由 number 改为 boolean，新增 images 字段
- 新增区域安保配置路由 OpsAreaSecurity
