16337 bddae7367a fix(aiot): 修正离岗检测参数标签和说明 ...

- 添加 leave_countdown_sec（离岗倒计时）参数映射
- 修正 confirm_leave_sec 标签：离岗倒计时 → 离岗确认时间
- 明确三个参数的区别：
  1. 离岗确认时间（30秒）：持续离开多久确认为离岗
  2. 离岗倒计时（300秒）：确认离岗后倒计时多久触发告警 ⭐
  3. 告警冷却期（600秒）：触发告警后多久内不再重复告警

- 在说明中标注"您要找的参数！"帮助用户识别
